Hi, I'm Jeremy, a founder, builder, and researcher. I use systems analysis and modeling to break down complex problems and build practical tools around them.
I designed products and buildings for seven years after my architecture degree from Cornell. Then, after a master's degree in design engineering from Harvard, I spent six years as a co-founder, leading 27 data-driven projects around the world in urban planning, economic development, and real estate. Clients included Massport, Tecnológico de Monterrey, and the City of Barcelona.
Today I work with businesses on AI strategy, operational intelligence, and digital twins. I build custom tools that fit how their teams already work and help them decide with better data.
